​COD Mobile Season 8 2023 Patch Notes: Latest Weapon Balance Changes, New Weapons

The release of COD: Mobile’s Season 8 (2023) is quickly approaching. Because the update is currently active on the CN Test Servers, we have a ton of data mined information.

The upcoming season of COD: Mobile will include some of the most requested weapons, nerfs, buffs, a new Bullet Impact effect on attachments, and other stuff.

These are all the patch notes for COD: Mobile Season 8 (2023), according to the test build:

​General Adjustment

• In-game bullet impact is now formally available.

• It was generally quite stable throughout the first few weeks of installation, and further changes will be made in the future.

• Later iterations will show the bullet impact information for each weapon on the weapon comparison page.

• Guns modified to a 0.9 bullet impact include the Fennec and Moc10.

• Guns with bullet impact adjustments of 1.1 include the M16, ICR, DR-H, Holger 26, GKS, and Striker 45.

• Guns with bullet impact adjustments of 1.3: AK47, ASMIO, Man O’ War, and EM2.

• Guns with bullet impact adjustments of 1.5 include the Oden, XPR-50, SVD, M21 EBR, PKM, and crossbow.

• We will have attachments with +10, +20, +50, and -10% bullet impact in COD: Mobile Season 8 (2023).

10% more attachments make a bullet hit harder:

• Type 25’s SP
• BK57S 7.62mm Caliber Mag
• HVK30’s Large Caliber Mag
• QQ9’s 10mm Caliber Mag
• PP19’s Large Caliber Mag

Attachments that make bullets hit targets 20% harder:

• Kilo 14Ts 100 Round Drum Mag
• DR-H’s OTM Mag
• AGR-556’s 5.56 Caliber Mag
• Striker 45’s. 45 Piercing Rounds

Bullet impact is increased by 50% by attachments:

• AS Val’s 15-Round FMJ Mag
• Amax CR56’s M67 Mag
• Oden’s Duplex Mag

Attachments that lessen the impact of bullets by 10%

• AK47’s 5.45 Caliber Mag
• Dobvro’s Sorokin 140mm Auto Barrel

Gun Adjustments

Rapid Fire Attachment:

• Greatly decreased first-range
• Slightly decreased second-range
• Bullet spread increased by 10%

​In MP ONLY Fennec

• Range decreased from 13m-18m-24m to 11.5m-17m-24m.
• Increased from 1.4 to 1.5

CBR4

• by Flinch Increase in flinch from 0.8 to 1.1.
• From 28 to 22 bullets were used in the advertisements.

XPR50

• An increase in Y KM’s flinch phantom stock

Kilo Bolt Action

• Reloading speed at base has gone up 15%.

HG40

• Sprint to fire delay decreased from 140 to 120 milliseconds, down from 0.5 to 0.45.

M4LMG

• Increase in base reload speed: +8% Mk2.

ADS time was decreased from 420 to 390 milliseconds. Modifications to the Peacekeeper MK2

The tough grip tape flinched more, going from -90% to -70%.
Tight grip tape’s reduced flinch decreased by 20% to 30%.
